1. DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to select locations. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your pin code on the product page or at checkout.

2. DELIVERY TIMING

• Morning Delivery: Orders for fresh milk and dairy placed before 8:00 PM are typically delivered the next morning between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Standard Delivery: Other products are delivered within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges may apply based on your order value and delivery location.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹500).
• Standard Charge: A nominal delivery fee (e.g., ₹30-₹50) applies to smaller orders.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account. We will also send you updates via SMS/Email when your order is out for delivery.

5. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing, please report it to our delivery partner immediately or contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
