At Aviyog ventures, we strive to deliver the best quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective.
- Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
- Expired Product: If the product received has passed its expiry date.
Note: Perishable items like fresh milk and dairy products are generally not eligible for return unless they are spoiled upon delivery. Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery at info@aviyogventures.com or +91 7427003708.
- Provide your Order ID and clear images/videos of the issue (damaged/wrong product).
- Our team will review your request and approve it if valid.
3. REFUNDS
Once your return is approved:
- Online Payments: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: We will transfer the amount to your bank account or provide store credit/wallet balance.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. For subscription-based orders, you can pause or cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.
